Usually the scheme of work is as follows: 

1. You send me collages, file with dimensions and links to furniture and materials. 

2. I assemble the scene in 3dsmax based on this, insist on the light and materials. 

3. I am sending you intermediate renders, 1000px on the larger side  

4. We correct them with you.  

5. I am sending you renders with adjustments, 1000px on the larger side.  

6. You show them to the client.  

7. If everything is ok, then I do the final renders, 2000px on the larger side.  

8. If the client wants to make some changes, then we make the adjustments again and I send you 1000px drafts on the larger side. 

That is, in our work, there will be two rounds of adjustments, one from you and one from the client. 

If suddenly more is required, then it is paid separately, $ 10 an hour of work. I need 3-4 days for one room. 

Models from 3dsky.org are included into the price. If we need some exclusive models that are not on the site, then they will need to be ordered from a 3d modeler and this is paid separately.
